Through a combination of targeted support ranging from skills training and mentorship to MSME funding and career development, we equip youth with the tools they need to build independent, sustainable futures. Whether by launching businesses, securing stable employment, or gaining hands-on industry experience, EmpactUs ensures that young people are not just educated but truly empowered to drive economic growth and resilience in their communities.

For over a decade, our founders worked individually across various fields supporting youth through education, training, and business development. We witnessed the challenges firsthand, but also the resilience and potential of young people eager to break the cycle of hardship. Realizing that our impact could be greater together, we joined forces under a unified vision to build an institution that not only educates but equips, empowers, and elevates youth into the workforce and business world. This is how EmpactUs was born: a collective effort to shape a future where opportunity meets talent, and ambition meets support.
